Shipping in Toronto During the G20 Summit

If you are shipping to downtown Toronto during the week between 21st - 28th please let your customers know before that there will be no way to guarantee anything over that time. I've compiled a couple of links that may help with organizing around this event. Officially the event is from June 25-27, and the restricted areas will include Spadina - Yonge and from King to Queens Quay.

The official City of Toronto's comments are "expect Delays and Closures", they might as well tell us to expect snow next year. We would recommend either asking your customers to receive the product before or after the event. Shipping to downtown Toronto has never been easy but now that the core of the city is going to be shut down for up to a week in June it's going to be a major headache.
