We are looking for talented individuals for the position of:

 

Warehouse Team Member – Warehouse Distribution

 

 

The company is a growing Logistics and Warehouse facility in South East Mississauga.  Our goal is to have someone in position that can do more than simply follow instructions.  We want someone that can grow their skill set as we grow, learn account management form a warehouse perspective, and, in time, actively manage their accounts within the warehouse.   Great communication with our customers, our staff and our office manager is essential.  High energy, being productive and responsible is crucial.  This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that seeks to manage an entire warehouse in the future.

 

 

HIGHLIGHTS OF SKILLS

 

Ability to pick up new information, directions and systems quickly

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self starter, able to work under minimal supervision, good problem solver

Adaptable and can work successfully under pressure

Highly organized and detail minded to ensure perfect service every time

Experience with small parcel/pick ship via Fed Ex or similar

Fork lift, reach certified

Ability to meet deadlines

 

And most importantly, will treat our business like it is their business.  Always looking for ways to help our service or improve our operating processes and grow our profits.

 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE THAT WOULD BE OF BENEFIT:

 

Warehouse and Logistics experience

Shipper/Receiver experience

Order picker experience

 

COMPENSATION

 

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Benefits program

Hours M-F Approx. 8am-4pm (possibly some evenings)
